In supersession of orders issued in the G.Os. read above, and under Rule 7 (c) of Andhra Pradesh Government Business Rules, the following distribution of subjects between the Special Chief Secretary to Government and the Principal Secretary to Government in Health, Medical & Family Welfare Department is ordered as indicated below :-

vi)                Health Management Information System (HMIS)
vii)              Andhra Pradesh Vaidya Vidhana Parishad

Modification rules for M.Sc. (Nursing) Course for SC/ST category In-service candidates

Treating the study period of in-service staff nurses belong to SC/ST category who are 
studying M.Sc.(Nursing) course at NIMS/SVIMS and at Government College of Nursing
, Hyderabad under Government Quota and at Private Colleges within the State and outside
 the State as on deputation – Permission accorded – Orders - Issued.

Representation of certain SC/ST individuals.

ORDER:

In the reference first read above, Government issued orders permitting the Scheduled Caste /
 Scheduled Tribe Employees to go on deputation for Higher Education within the country on
full pay subject to certain conditions stipulated therein.
         
2.       In the reference 2nd read above, while forwarding the representation of Smt.D.D.Christiana 
Tutor, MGM, Warangal belong to SC/ST category studying M.Sc.(Nursing) at Bangalore City
College of Nursing, Kannur, Bangalore, the Director of Medical Education has requested for
 orders of deputation to study M.Sc.(Nursing) course for the academic year 2009-11, in terms
 of the orders issued in the G.O. 1st cited.   Similarly, certain in-service staff nurses belong to 
SC/ST category who are studying / studied M.Sc. (Nursing), either in Government Colleges 
or in Private Nursing Colleges have also represented for sanction of their study period on
 deputation interms of the G.O.1st cited.   The list of applicants are enclosed in the
 Annexure to this order.

3.       Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby permit the Director of 
Medical Education to treat the study period of all the in-service staff nurses in respect
 of SC/ST category who have studied and studying higher studies ie., M.Sc. (Nursing) 
as on deputation in terms of the orders issued in the G.O.1st read above, subject to
 fulfillment of the conditions laid therein  strictly after verifying their community status.

4.       This order issued with the concurrence of Finance (FR.I) Department vide their 
U.O.No.9809/174/FR.I/2011, dt.29-04-2011.
